RAIL BALTICA CCS SUBSYSTEM PROCUREMENT AND DEPLOYMENT STRATEGY
Rail Baltica creates an efficient rail link between the Baltic capitals and connects them to the EU rail network. R+R advised the customer on the procurement of a train management and control system and provided information on how to organize this sub-project.
Today there is no efficient rail link between the capitals of the three Baltic states or between the Baltic States and the other EU countries. The new highspeed line Rail Baltica will create this link and connect to the EU rail network at the Polish border. The future train management and control system was the subject of a technical and organizational study. R+R helped with the market analysis and the procurement strategy and provided examples of a suitable project organization.
